Rental Rates

In addition to access to yard games and 150+ acres of land to explore, your rental of Searcy Farms provides guests with full access to a 20’x60’ covered pavilion and a nearby cabin with water, electricity, a full bathroom and kitchen. Custom accommodations, such as chairs and tables for your event, can also be provided upon request.

Guests can experience a multitude of outdoor activities at Searcy Farms, including: hiking, bonfires, primitive camping, and a nine-hole disc golf course. Additionally, guests are encouraged to forage and pick any local fruits (peaches, plums, blackberries, muscadines and more) that are in season.

  • An all-day rental of Searcy Farms covers your event from 10am to 7pm. The cost of an all-day rental is $75.

  • An overnight rental of Searcy Farms gives you overnight access to the cabin and pavilion. The cost of an overnight rental is $125 per night.

    Check-in for overnight rentals is any time after 4pm. Check-out is by 1pm the following day.
